The SHEI Agency was formed to empower girls, women, and athletes by providing resources, support, and mentorship. It is also in place to advocate for girls, women, and athlete's rights and policies that promote advancement in various areas of life.
Vision
Our vision is to empower every girl, woman, and athlete in embracing her gifts and talents, teaching her to lead with confidence, and helping her to serve as catalyst for positive change.
