The SHEI Effect, LLC is a movement committed to igniting the Four Principles: Strong, Humble, Effective, and Influencer in girls, women, and athletes of all ages. Through "Developing SHEI Seminars", impactful mentorship, and innovative programs we aim to give girls, women, and athletes the confidence to thrive personally and professionally.
Vision
Our vision is to empower every girl, woman, and athlete in embracing her gifts and talents, teaching her to lead with confidence, and helping her to serve as catalyst for positive change.
